UCI’s Housing Authority Selects Advanced Reserve Solutions, Inc. to Complete Reserve Study for New Facility
Irvine, California – The Irvine Campus Housing Authority (ICHA) at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) has selected Advanced Reserve Solutions, Inc. to complete a full-service reserve study for their recently constructed ICHA Offices and University Hills Community Center. This complex consists of:
- Office facility of more than 4,500 sq. ft. including a reception area, over a dozen offices, conference rooms, employee lounge, restrooms, and kitchen all with the latest computer and audio/video technology
- Community Center of more than 6,000 sq. ft. including resident lounge, several activity rooms, semi-commercial kitchen, restrooms, and a large party room surrounded on three sides with accordion-opening glass doors
- Beautifully landscaped grounds with outdoor gathering areas and asphalt parking areas
ARS has served ICHA for several years, completing reserve studies for the master association and three condominium/townhome associations.
